AI agents are powerful. Coordinating them shouldn't be chaos.

We started flocker after hitting the same wall over and over: AI coding agents are incredibly capable individually, but running multiple agents on a single codebase turns into a mess. Git conflicts, context collisions, lost work.

Coordination overhead eats into the productivity gains.

So we built the tools we needed—first for ourselves, now for you. Our mission is simple: make multi-agent development actually work, so you can ship faster without the chaos.

Where we come from

Our background spans fintech, government, and XR startups.

We've built real-time safety systems, shipped AI integrations, data pipelines, and led serverless and static infrastructure.

The one pattern between all: find the bottleneck, build the tool, multiply what a small team can do.

That experience taught us that the best developer tools solve problems their creators actually have. flocker exists because we needed it first.

What we believe

Built from Real Problems

Every tool we ship started as a solution to a problem we hit ourselves.

Multiply What Small Teams Can Do

We believe a small team with the right tools can outcompete much larger ones. Our focus is removing bottlenecks so you can move faster.

Developer Experience First

We build for developers because we are developers. If it's frustrating to use, it's not finished.

Open Where It Matters

We build in public and open-source the tools that should be free. Transparency builds trust.

Early days

flocker is a small, focused team building in London. We're not trying to build a platform for everything—we're building sharp tools that do one thing well: help you coordinate AI agents on real codebases.

We're in early access, shipping fast, and iterating based on real usage. If you're pushing the limits of AI-assisted development, we'd love to hear from you.

Want to help shape what we build?

We're looking for developers who are already working with multiple AI agents and want better tools. Early feedback drives our roadmap.
